The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old Missing Juvenile Jayla Cartwright. She was last seen at 8:30 P.M., on Thursday, July 23rd, 2020, on the 37XX block of Spring Garden Street.
She is 5’1”, 160 lbs, medium build, medium brown complexion, brown eyes, black hair. She has her 4 month old baby boy with her (no picture provided for the baby).
